  • What types of classes do you offer?
    We offer a variety of kickboxing classes including TEENS & ADULTS (13+) classes, KIDS & YOUTH (4-12) classes, and Personal Training sessions.
  • What is the difference between the TEENS & ADULTS (13+) and KIDS & YOUTH (4-12) classes?
    TEENS & ADULTS (13+) classes include Kickbox 101 for beginners and KickBox All Levels for all skill levels. KIDS & YOUTH (4-12) classes are divided into Beginner and Advanced levels to cater to different age groups and skill levels.
  • Do you offer family packages?
    Yes, we offer family packages that provide discounts based on the number of family members. This allows both adults and kids to train simultaneously in their respective classes.
  • Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
    Yes! We offer a "First Class Free" option so you can experience our classes before deciding.
  • What equipment do I need for the classes?
    We provide all necessary equipment including UFC standard punching bags and new training gear. Bring yourself and your enthusiasm! Hand wraps and gloves are required to participate in class. You may bring your own or purchase a set in studio.
  • What are the available payment methods at OKICK BOXING STUDIO?
    At OKICK BOXING STUDIO, we accept payments through credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, card reader, and offline payments.
  • What kind of shoes should I wear?
    Please note that no shoes are permitted on the mats. Members must ensure they have clean feet when coming onto the mats and that they put shoes or sandals on when using the rest of the gym or washrooms.
  • Is there parking available at your studio?
    Yes, we have plenty of parking spots available and our studio is easily accessible on the ground floor.
  • What do you need to prepare for Your First Class at OKICK BOXING STUDIO
    Arrival: Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and a brief introduction to our studio. Attire: We recommend comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Classes are held barefoot, so no footwear is required. Hand Wraps: For safety and support, hand wraps are required. You may bring your own or purchase them at the studio for $14.99. Boxing Gloves: We provide boxing gloves for first-time members to borrow, so you don’t need to bring your own unless you prefer. Hydration: Staying hydrated is important, so feel free to bring a water bottle.
